Beatus Cartons Services

The Company was founded in 1940 and in 2005 it is celebrating its 65th anniversary.
It certainly will not be collecting its old age pension or putting in for its retirement.

Its rich heritage and very supportive staff (many of whom
have served the company for over 25 years), are the
bedrock and foundations of the business.

However at its heart it is very youthful
in being, constantly re-inventing
itself to meet the demands of
a very changing world and
very different packaging
needs where solutions
and service have
become a by-word
for excellence.

We can create artwork, develop graphic concepts, construct mockups for presentation purposes and support them

Our finished goods warehouse is fully computerised and up to the minute stock lists are available on demand.

Short term storage facilities and
multi-drop deliveries are standard within our logistics portfolio.

It is, after all the final piece of the jigsaw and completes the full
service solution that we offer.

To compliment our full range of services our logistical department runs in parallel to our manufacturing area, understanding that the full service solution cannot afford to fall at the final hurdle.

Logistical Services

To compliment these standard gluing services we also offer multi point gluing that incorporates internal fitments. Such a diverse range of gluing combinations will meet the needs of even the most discerning and demanding customers.

To support our gluing services the company offers a full window patching service whereby point-of-sale and presentation needs
can be fully developed.

It is in effect the complete service solution.

Our gluing department is supported by fully automated gluing machines that produce a full range of gluing solutions from straight line to double wall through to 4 corner and crashlock.

Finishing and Window Patching

6 colour Heidelberg printing facilities with the choice of UV or Emulsion finishes. Multi substrate print options from paper to plastic. X-Rite colour measurement systems as standard control.

In house lamination enables us to have complete control over the manufacturing process and most importantly control over lead times. We are not subject to the vagaries that dealing with trade finishers and other third parties can present.

Our cutting and creasing departments are supported by 3 Sanwa Cutting and Creasing machines which have complete flexibility and interchangeable tooling. Each machine can produce cartons in solid board, litho-
laminated and plastic materials.
