Donation to Ysgol Ty Coch
Over the past few months, we have had the pleasure of working with Ysgol Tŷ Coch School in order to create a Christmas Card pack for them to raise money to provide additional accessibility points for students with mobility issues.
Ysgol Tŷ Coch is a school that caters for pupils with severe learning difficulties and profound and multiple difficulties. The provision is located over two sites. The original site which was opened in 1978 is located at Tonteg, whilst the provision for pupils aged 16 – 19 who have autism was opened in Ynysybwl in 2014.
We are extremely proud to announce that we were able to raise £500 from selling cards to Beatus staff, family and friends. This is in addition to the 1,200 packs that we have donated to Ysgol Tŷ Coch for them to sell.
This has been an extremely successful project in partnership with a wonderful school who we are proud to support.
Last week, we presented Ysgol Tŷ Coch with a presentation frame showcasing this years original Christmas Card designs.
